The RAIDON iR2300 is a fault-tolerant hard disk array which is easy to install and hot-swappable allowing drives to be replaced while the power is on. iR2300 supports a 5.25" CD-ROM size, it is suitable for applications such as professional workstations, file servers and as real-time backup storage systems.

 

The disk array of iR2300 consists of two 2.5" HDD/SSDs (RAID 1/0/JBOD/SPAN(BIG)), and a 2.5"-3.5" HDD/SSD tray,  iR2300 has 2 SATA host interfaces for diversified purposes. The iR2300 is a dual function storage device, offering data security and removable storage for on the go data transport.

iR2300 adds a new RAID mode adjustment setting on the front panel to make RAID setting easier, users can adjust the four modes of RAID 0/1/SPAN(BIG) and JBOD via the jumper on the front panel, giving users more storage options. The iR2300 has a more thoughtful design. The front panel of the device provides a button that can turn off the mute, so that the buzzer can be turned off when the device encounters a failure, so as to avoid constant buzzing and noise.

Easy-to-use disk Tray module

 

RAIDON's easy-to-use disk tray module comes with a key lock and secure the disk with screws. User can buy several disk tray modules and secured the disks first, once there is one disk in iR2300 is failure, just replace the disk directly. It can greatly reduce the wait time for system maintenance.

 

iR2300's newly designed 2.5" and 2.5"-3.5" HDD Tray provides a key lock, which will not be easily extracted, increasing data security.

Good heat dissipation can extend the life of the hard disk

The iR2300 is equipped with a 4cm silent fan, by constantly creating air flow, heat generated by the high-speed rotation of the hard disk can be easily taken away. This maintains the normal operating temperature of the hard disk at all times and to extend the life of hard drives that will properly protect your data. 

Multiple application choices
 
 
1.Users can choose to use additional storage devices, install 2.5"-3.5" HDD/SSD as a boot disk to speed up the system performance, and iR2300 set to RAID 1 disk array as a data disc to protect the data security.

 
2.iR2300 can also be set to RAID 1 disk array as a boot disk, and the use of iR2300 the left side of the machine attached to the storage device, install 2.5"-3.5" HDD/SSD as a data backup disc. So that your important information at any time can be an additional backup, when in the event of a fire or earthquake, can quickly carry and ensure important information.
