iR8774 not only provides you the multiple RAID features but also gives you a simple structure for installation. You could just install it into your PC/Server easily by yourself for having so many RAID features.

The iR8774 has four RAID modes (RAID 1/0/JBOD/SPAN(BIG) ). You can easily select the modes based on the demand when installing the gaming system. If you need to emphasize the security of the operating system, you can choose to install a high-speed M.2 SATA SSD and set it to RAID 1 mode (data security). And if you want to have the faster storage speed, you can switch the iR8774 system to RAID 0 mode (capacity increased) for better performance on your gaming system.

RAIDON iR8774 internal RAID module supports SATA III 6.0 Gb/s host interface and SATA 15 pin power supply; the connector’s location exactly as the same as a 3.5” hard drive. Thus, it is not necessary to install any other brackets but just install the iR8774 inside to existing PC and then it will be upgraded to be a PC system with a Hardware RAID storage!

iR8774 adds a new RAID mode adjustment setting on the front panel to make RAID setting easier, users can adjust the four modes of RAID 0/1/SPAN(BIG) and JBOD via the jumper on the front panel, giving users more storage options. The iR8774 has a more thoughtful design. The front panel of the device provides a button that can turn off the mute, so that the buzzer can be turned off when the device encounters a failure, so as to avoid constant buzzing and noise.

Support 2 x M.2 SATA SSD trays

RAIDON's easy-to-use disk tray module comes with a key lock and secure the tray with screws. User can buy several tray modules and secured the tray modules first, once there is one M.2 SATA SSD in iR8774 is failure, just replace the M.2 SATA SSD directly. It can greatly reduce the wait time for system maintenance.

JBOD Independent M.2 SATA SSD Data Exchange

In the independent JBOD mode of iR8774, each M.2 SATA SSD can be work independently, just like an independent database. You can qucikly change the library you need, and back up your important data offsite to meet the various needs in the different computer environments.
